TARGET AUDIENCE
This intensive four day symposium is designed for radiologists, orthopaedic surgeons and sports medicine physicians interested in a comprehensive understanding of the current clinical indications and applications of magnetic resonance imaging in the musculoskeletal system, including the shoulder, ankle, hip, knee, wrist and elbow joints.

19th ANNUAL OBJECTIVES:  Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:
1. Identify surgical and gross anatomy of the shoulder as exemplified by direct arthroscopy and dissection with MR  correlation.
2. Review hip anatomy with arthroscopy and dissection to provide participants with more complete illustration of the hip  joint and surrounding structures
3. Describe the knee, anatomy, pre-and post-op, arthroscopy, and dissection with MR Correlation
4.
Differentiate a large spectrum of pathology using MR of the foot and ankle 
5.
Discuss surgical and gross anatomy of the wrist and elbow through direct arthroscopy and dissection to identify extrinsic and intrinsic ligaments of the wrist as well as collateral, extensor, and flexor anatomy of the elbow joint

STOLLER ORTHOPAEDIC WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:
1.      Assemble and use checklists for the appendicular joints MR interpretation
2.      Apply protocol technical considerations
3.      Identify interpretation pitfalls
4.      Employ a strategy to interpret MR studies using the checklists

PHYSICIAN ACCREDITATION: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Medical Education Resources and Current Issues in MRI.  Medical Education Resources is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

19th ANNUAL CREDIT DESIGNATION: Medical Education Resources designates this educational activity for a maximum of 30 AMA PRA Category 1 credits TM.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity
